Workshop Professional Supervisory Board and Committee Donau-Uni Krems

The Certified Program Professional Supervisory Board and Committee Activities at the Danube University Krems offers training for successful supervisory board activities. As part of the course, partner Kathrin Weber holds the practical exercise Supervisory Board Meeting together with Viktoria Kickinger in order to provide prospective and existing supervisory board members with the necessary tools for their function. The two supervisory board members share their experience also from their chairman activities and give practical advice.
