Rieder/Weber, Gesellschaftsrecht und Wettbewerbsverbote

TORGGLER Partner Kathrin Weber, together with Bernhard Rieder, has identified the interfaces between corporate and competition law in a contribution to the Praxishandbuch UWG (Linde Verlag). They discuss those relevant corporate law provisions, the violation of which may result in claims under competition law. The focus is on the non-competition clauses for managing directors, board members and shareholders, which, in the authors' experience, lead to the most disputes.
